How to get help for stress

The best way to deal with being under a lot of stress is to talk out to someone about the stress that you are feeling. Going to the HR teams of your workplace is the first step to getting help in the right direction.

Sometimes talking to a person very close to you can be a good step in the right direction to deal with that stress. This can be a family member or even a best friend.
